Dr. A. M. Hajwane is a medical graduate specializing in the field of Occupational Health & Industrial Medicine. Has undergone specialised W.H.O. training in Maritime Occupational Health from the Institute of Maritime & Tropical Medicine, Poland. He has to his credit various fellowship & memberships in the field of Industrial, Maritime & Environmental medicine. Is a member of Indian Association of Occupational Health & also International Maritime Health Association.

Moreover coming from a family of Seafarers (father being a Sr. Chief Engineer, brother & cousins as navigational officers & in various ranks in deck & Engine dept.) gives him somewhat a first hand experience on the life and work culture on board ships, logistics of shipping & etc.

Dr. (Mrs) Shamim A. Hajwane is an Occupational Health Physician & is director of the organization, who looks after quality & system management with more inclination towards industrial healthcare works. She is in charge of the Vashi Centre.
